Shipping policy

Free shipping across New Zealand for all orders $80 and over.

Apart from our busy Christmas season of November/December usually the item you order is already in stock and ready to ship, and will be collected by the courier the same day that you order it, or the day after (unless its a weekend or public holiday of course!). The exception to this is if you've contacted us about a giant dragon, ordered a large multicolour print or a custom order - these are made to order, so expect to wait up to two weeks for those. They will be worth it, we promise! 

Occasionally, we will need to create an item just for you, so in these cases, please allow 1 - 2 days for us to carefully print and paint the eyes on your new pet. While we do hold a decent amount of stock on hand, we are always travelling to markets, as well as restocking several stores in town, so often what is listed on our website isn't always what we physically hold. We have a large number of super fast printers so it won't be a long wait, we appreciate your understanding! 

Once your order has been carefully created, checked, and painted, it is packed up and put out for collection by our courier driver.  If you live in Wellington, you also have the option to pick up from our secure locker based in Tawa.

If you live in the South Island, to keep costs down we use economy post so please allow 2-5 working days for most deliveries to arrive. North Island customers will have their order delivered by either Courier Post, Aramex or Poste Haste, depending on your address.  If you live rurally, please make sure you select the correct option when checking out, to ensure safe delivery of your precious parcel. 

If you are ordering from Australia, we offer two options, to try and keep costs down for you. If you select untracked it will take longer (up to 3 weeks) and is not tracked all the way through. Tracked orders take approximately 2 weeks to arrive.

For urgent deliveries, shipping outside of NZ and AU, or orders over $300, please contact us for a quote. We can ship worldwide!
