Are you excited to place an order with our online store? Before you do, make sure to read this important information about our order processing and shipping times.

Why might your favourite items be out of stock?

Our online store is bustling with activity, and we are also attending numerous markets as well as restocking several stores around town on a daily basis. This high demand can sometimes lead to popular items being out of stock when you place your order. But don't worry, we are committed to creating your unique creation just for you!

What to expect after placing your order?

After you place your order, please allow an additional 2-3 days for us to print your creation, paint the eyes, and prepare it for shipping if its not currently in stock. We take great care in ensuring that each item is crafted with precision and attention to detail.

What about shipping times?

During this busy time of the year, couriers are also experiencing high volumes of shipments. As a result, we recommend allowing an extra day or two for shipping. While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, external factors may impact the delivery timeline.

Can I get a custom order?

Throughout December, our ability to create custom orders is very limited. Please reach out if you have something specific in mind, and we will do our best to help if we can. 

Christmas Shopping Alert!

If you have Christmas shopping on your mind, we advise you to plan ahead and not wait until the last minute. Orders placed after Wednesday, 17 December may not reach you before Christmas day. To ensure a stress-free holiday season, we recommend completing your Christmas shopping early.
